The book, published by the Museum of Gdańsk, describes in detail large, wooden ship models, decorating the Artus Court, a historical building located in the center of Gdańsk's old town.

The book is written by Jerzy Litwin and illustrated with numerous photographs, both historic and modern, with paintings and diagrams.

The intense blue spot color we chose for the design reflects the marinistic theme. It is offset by warm beige that the Museum of Gdańsk uses for materials related to the Artus Court. We hid sea-themed etchings under the cover flaps, visible only when an inquisitive reader opens the flaps. The title on the cover is hot-stamped with silver foil.

The book opens a new series that showcases works of art from different sections of the Museum.
